Koolbreeze Entertainment was established in 1998. Dennis started singing at a very early age and began recording at the age of sixteen.  He has sung with local group/bands such as the Syndicate (1985), IROX (87-89), and the last group being Paris & Rio.

Now performing under the name of Pharoah, he comes from a musical background, his mother, Diane Heard, performed under the stage name Brandy in a top 40 all girl group named Sista Luv,  from the 70's to mid 80's.  His father, many of you might know, Leslie Wilson, who is the lead singer of the hit group New Birth.  New Birth perfomed great hits such as, Wildflower, Been such a long time, Dream Merchant and I can understand it, just to name a few.  Another family member  you all might remember is LaShell Griffin, winner of Oprah Winfrey's Pop Star challenge of 2004.

In today's information age, Pharoah feels that having
an independent label and having his own website levels the playing field for new artists trying to market their sound on a world-wide scale.  His ultimate goal musically, is to write, produce, perform, and create an avenue for up & coming artists in Detroit, hoping to fill the void left by Motown's departure in the 1970's.  Pharoah has performed in such venues as Hart Plaza, Henry's Palace, Francels, the WICC Hall, various weddings, cabarets and other private events.  Take a moment to listen to his sample sound bites and judge for yourself.  He has been compared to such great balladeers as the late, great Marvin Gaye, the unforgettable Gerald Levert, and the neo-soul stylings of Maxwell.  So far Pharoah has put out a Demo, an EP, and is now hard at work on his first full-length CD.
